Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using iDEAL, PayPal or a credit card. Payments to Zinga are safely conducted through the MultiSafePay payment system, which guarantees a secure transaction. As soon as your payment is received, we will pack and ship your items accordingly. Please note that international orders may result in extending shipping and handling time.  
 

Shipping Costs

FedEx is our shipping provider.

• For deliveries in Europe: shipping is always free
• Countries outside the EU: €35.00
   

Estimated Delivery Times

• The Netherlands: 2–3 business days (max. 10 business days after receiving payment)
• Countries within the EU: 4–7 business days
• Countries outside the EU: 8–12 business days

we cannot guarantee exact delivery times based on this information.
 

Cancellations

As soon as an order is placed and payment is received, it can no longer be cancelled. This is because all orders are processed immediately to decrease delivery time. Of course if the item you ordered does not work out, you are always welcome to return or exchange for another piece in the collection. Unfortunately, custom orders may not be returned.
