1.1 The General Conditions (the Conditions) of zingaleather.com apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries of zingaleather.com. By ordering, you indicate to agree to these terms. 

1.2 The provisions can be done in writing in these conditions, in which case the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

2.1 The agreement takes effect at the moment you place your order by clicking on the button 'Place Order' on the order (the last form in the ordering process, product description and billing address). Zinga processes your order after you have placed it in us through the order form on the website.

2.2 With the confirmation of your order you will receive an email at the email address provided by you. If you unexpectedly receive an e-mail, your order is still in effect.

2.3 Zinga does her best images of the products To match as closely as possible to reality.

2.4 The zingaleather.com prices are in euros and including 21% VAT. Zinga has the right to adjust its prices. The changes will apply from the date of publication on the website and are not valid for already ordered items.

3.1 All offers on zingaleather.com are free unless otherwise stated. We can not be held to its offer if you could have reasonably understood that it was an obvious mistake or error. On offers, you can not take out a subscription.

5.4 If you gave a wrong address for delivery, then the extra cost are for your own account.

6.1 During the transportation of the products zingaleather.com will bear the risk in case of damage, theft or loss of the products. The risk passes to you at the time of delivery.

6.2 Zinga sends packages via parcel service FEDEX. The package or packages should be taken in person, and there will have to be given for receiving a signature upon delivery.

7.1 Upon zingaleather.com you can choose from three safe ways of payment: PayPal, Mastercard & Visa and PayPal.

8.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can upon receipt of these goods, without giving reasons, within 14 days of returning to:

You can cancel the agreement or exchange the goods. Of these Zinga hears within 10 days via email.
8.2 The costs of return are at your expense.

8.3 Return or exchange is only possible when the article intact, packaged state is not worn or washed and features the original, undamaged packaging (info) tickets. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods.

10.1 The liability of zingaleather.com for direct or indirect damages caused by its purchase article, is in any case limited to an amount equal to the price of the item, unless there is intent or gross negligence of the side zingaleather.com.

1.11 zingaleather.com guarantees that by delivering our products meet the usual requirements and standards that at the time of delivery could be made reasonably and in which we normally use in the Netherlands. When outside the Netherlands, you have to check yourself whether the use of the article is suitable for use there.

11.2 You must inspect the delivered items at the time of delivery, and in any case within the prescribed inspection period. 12.1 All legal relationships to which zingaleather.com participates, only applies to Dutch law, also if a contract is wholly or partly abroad or if the party concerned is domiciled there in the relationship. The applicability of the CISG is excluded.

12.2 zingaleather.com will always seek a complaint in consultation with you to solve. Should not jointly find a solution should then be submitted to a dispute by either party there before the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.

13.1 All photos and graphics shown are / will be at zingaleather.com copyright is applicable regardless of the mode of spread or the form in which they were delivered. Without written permission from Zinga allowed the pictures and images not to be reproduced in any way or made public.

13.2 If you still use any photo or image without the prior written consent of zingaleather.com, you are ordered to stop using, and also a claim is made for you.

 

All offer codes can only be used once and are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. The amount is not applicable to orders exceeding the amount of 1500 Euro. 

The offer code must be entered into the Voucher Code field on the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
